	美国Himmelstein 88700v 88702V(1-3) 88704V(2-3) 88704V(5-3) 88704V(	The MCRT® 88700V Series of Dual Range Digital Torque Transducers will accurately measure low running and high load torque without the cost and inconvenience of swapping two or more conventional torque sensors. Another important application is measuring torque when the ratio of peak torque to average torque is high. In that situation, a conventional torquemeter must be oversized to avoid damage – a process which greatly reduces accuracy. Conditions that create high peak to average ratios include starting, stopping or reversing inertial loads, torsional oscillations, and diesel and single cylinder engine/compressor drives. Additionally, when peak torques are unknown, an MCRT® 88700V reduces the risk of damage from unexpected or accidental torque spikes. These Dual Range Torquemeters have high accuracy in real-world applications, not just in the cal lab. They have the industries highest Overrange ratings, which avoids clipping real-world torque peaks and driveline torsionsals. Without sufficient Overrange, clipped torques will produce large measurement errors. Each range is calibrated CW and CCW in our accredited laboratory and documented by a NVLAP approved calibration certificate certifying NIST traceability and documenting our laboratory operation and our quality management system meets ISO/IEC 17025-2005. A bi-directional rotor shunt cal berifies the entire CW and CCW data chains. It may be invoked from switches, I/O lines or your computer.

They are available in capacities from 40 lbf-in to 735,000 lbf-in with overload ratings of 10X full scale. Integral signal conditioning provides dual ±5 volt dc outputs proportional to torque. They will operate from a single power supply in the range of 10.5 to 24 volts dc (such as 12 volt batteries) These models are ideal for applications when the peak to average torque ratio is high. Examples include starting, stopping and reversing inertia loads, diesel and single cylinder engines or compressors, or if high shaft torsional vibrations are present. Available in either shaft or flanged style configurations, they feature the very high torsional stiffness. Himmelstein's unique Option G technology for noise hardening the torquemeter from EMI generated by IGBT based adjustable speed drives is standard with these models.

A strain gaged stainless steel shaft senses torque and cancels bending and thrust. Robust, ferrite free rotary transformers connect the gages to noise immune carrier amplifiers. They don't generate noise or wear, are immune to magnetic fields, noise, vibration, lubricants and other hostile environments. They are available in either shaft or flanged style configurations. Shaft end torquemeters are less costly than flanged models and can be either floated or foot mounted. Integral signal conditioning provides true 2 Wire, loop powered, 4-20 mA operation. They will operate from a single power supply in the range of 10 to 32 volts dc (including 12 volt batteries). Hardened to EMI from variable frequency drives, they have 10 times the noise immunity of earlier models. NIST traceable dead weight calibrations are performed in our NVLAP accredited laboratory, NVLAP Lab Code 200487-0. When installed between a driver and load, the torque transmitter will measure static and dynamic shaft torque and speed (optional). A strain gaged stainless steel shaft senses torque and cancels bending and thrust. Robust, ferrite free rotary transformers connect the gages to noise immune carrier amplifiers.
